Our team handles all aspects of civil and drainage work, including subdivisions, pump stations, siteworks, commercial developments and residential developments. We focus on quality workmanship, safe work practices, and delivering projects efficiently and to specification.

Doug Williams
Director

Doug has over 20 years of experience in drainage and civil construction. Starting out as an apprentice, he worked his way up through the industry, gaining his Drainage certification and leading teams on a variety of projects across Auckland and the Waikato.

With a strong background in hands-on work and project management, Doug has built Williams Drainage and Civil Limited into a trusted name known for quality workmanship, reliability, and a practical approach to every job.

Toni Williams
Finance Manager

Toni oversees all finance and administration at Williams Drainage and Civil Limited. With eight years of experience, she manages key financial operations including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, GST, and compliance.

She is also skilled in client and creditor liaison, HR, and health and safety coordination. Toni values the balance her role provides between professional growth and family life. Her achievements include gaining Tōtika Approved Supplier status for the company and mastering new financial systems independently.
